In this first version, your conversations are not saved. Each question is sent to generate a response, and the conversation text is not retained as history, even when you are signed in.

Your current consultation stays on your device only, inside this browser tab, so it is not lost if you reload the page or step out to WhatsApp. It is cleared when you close the tab and is never kept as history with us.

Operational metrics store counts, latency, cost, and safety outcomes, but not your consultation text. Pharmacy referral clicks also do not store your identity.

We use two first-party analytics cookies: a random identifier for your browser, so we can tell how many people come back, and the link that brought you here. They contain nothing about you or what you ask, and none of this is shared with third parties.

If you create an optional medical profile, that data is linked to your account. From My profile, you can download it or permanently delete your account and profile.

Do not enter information that is unnecessary for receiving guidance. This notice must be reviewed by local counsel before a public launch.
